just found this website

I have been reading Henry Thomas Hamblin and he often quotes Edward Carpenter
"The whole universe is given to you for a garden of delight" says Edward Carpenter, and it is gloriously true. 'All the Divine Forces hasten to minister to our eternal joy', declares the same writer, with equal truth - "the way of the practical mystic - p46

Does anybody know what publication Hamblin is quoting from?
